Lockie Andrews is a private equity professional with general management and operations expertise. She is a keynote speaker and contributing writer (Huffington Post, LinkedIn) on diverse topics such as innovation, disruption and startups.
Lockie is the founder of Catalyst Consulting, a boutique consulting firm to consumer, retail, fashion, media, entertainment, real estate, software and technology companies. With her deep general management experience, Lockie has assisted high growth companies (e.g. Nike, Lane Bryant, Concrete, various start-ups) and portfolio companies of financial sponsors (e.g. Sun Capital Partners, Brightwood Capital, Hoverink Opportunity Fund, Shamrock Capital) in diverse areas such as strategy, innovation, digital transformation, digital marketing, revenue enhancement, operations, finance and capital-raising. Catalyst provides clients with strategy and implementation services that create value and drive sustainable results.
Lockie has also held roles as the Chief Operating Officer of Tadashi; Director of New Business at Liz Claiborne Accessories (Kate Spade); and VP of Business Development at babystyle.com. Lockie was also a Senior Director in Alvarez and Marsal Business Consulting Practice.
Lockie began her career on Wall Street in Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, and she holds degrees from Harvard Business School and Georgetown University. Lockie currently serves as a Friend of Education at the Museum of Modern Art New York, and is a sector lead of the HBS Alumni Angels of New York. She is also a board member of the HBS African-American Alumni Association and a Friend of Education at the Museum of Modern Art of New York.
