LONG BIO
Lockie Andrews has spent her career inside consumer brands and retail. She has served as Chief Digital Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, and has advised companies from high-growth startups to $30B retailers on innovation, technology, data, revenue and operational excellence. Through Catalyst Consulting, her team has helped brands including UNTUCKit, Tuckernuck and ANINE BING grow through digital transformation. At UNTUCKit the engagement turned into a hire: she joined as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer.
Her teams have operated and scaled consumer brands up to $500M in revenue. Earlier in her career she worked at a $5B company, in a retail consulting practice and in investment banking, and she has served as an operating partner at private equity portfolio companies, leading work on strategy, digital transformation and growth capital.
Her career has taken her from operating businesses to advising them, from the executive team to the boardroom and now back to building again. The common thread has always been transformation: finding better ways to grow, operate and serve customers. She also advises private equity and venture-backed companies.
What she's building now
After years of helping companies transform, Lockie is applying those lessons to businesses she is building herself. Her firm, Catalyst Consulting, acquired the RICH Hair Care intellectual property, trademarks and rights for North, Central and South America, and she founded RICH Hair Care Americas, where she is building a consumer brand and the operating infrastructure behind it. Through Catalyst Consulting she continues to advise companies navigating growth and transformation.
Catalyzes.ai is where she builds and experiments with AI systems designed to do real work: agents that can evaluate information, make recommendations and carry out parts of a workflow, with people still making the decisions that matter. She is building, testing and learning in real time, and sharing what she learns along the way.
Building with AI
AI is the latest chapter in work Lockie has done throughout her career: using technology to solve business problems. She began working with AI and machine learning in business in 2018, on practical applications in commerce, customer experience and operations. Today she is going deeper, exploring what happens when intelligent systems become part of how a company actually operates. The question isn't simply what AI can generate. It's what work a company can redesign when AI becomes part of the operating model.
Speaking and writing
Lockie has given keynotes, sat on panels and moderated conversations for small rooms of executives and for arenas of 3,000. At CES 2026 she spoke about using AI to scale brand revenue, and she serves on the Shoptalk advisory board, which shapes the agenda for one of retail's largest conferences. She writes about AI, growth, digital transformation and consumer brands.
Board service
Regis Corporation, independent director
Lockie has served on the board of Regis Corporation, a Nasdaq-traded company, since 2021 and chairs its compensation committee. Her board work spans compensation, technology, marketing, audit, strategy and nominations and governance. That breadth matters to her. The questions facing boards today rarely fit neatly into one committee, especially as technology, AI, customer behavior and new business models reshape how companies compete.
She brings an operator's perspective to the boardroom: understanding the strategy, asking what it will take to execute and staying focused on the results. She is open to additional board roles with consumer, retail and technology companies.
Leadership beyond business
Her work outside business reflects much of what she cares about inside it: entrepreneurship, technology, education, women in leadership and the arts. She is a trustee of the National Academy of Design and serves on the Strategic AI Program Advisory Board at Harrisburg University. She also supports initiatives focused on expanding opportunities for women.
For Lockie, leadership has never been limited to the companies she runs or the boardrooms she sits in. Experience is most valuable when you put it to work.
Recognition
The Foremost 50, Icon Award
Presented by The Lead to UNTUCKit, one of its break-out digital-native brands. Lockie, then UNTUCKit's CIO and CDO, accepted it on behalf of the team that led the brand's digital transformation.
Education
MBA, Harvard Business School. BS, magna cum laude, Georgetown University.
Outside work
There's also a life outside work. Yoga, running, travel and the arts are a big part of Lockie's. She has an ambitious life and likes it that way. The goal isn't to make life smaller so everything fits. It's to get better at making room for what matters.
