Lockie is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer (CIO and CDO) of UNTUCKit and is currently leading the digital native brand’s omni-channel and enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts (i.e. leveraging technology to enhance marketing, stores, ecommerce, supply chain, creative, analytics, finance, and operations).

Lockie is also the founder of Catalyst Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specializing in “all things digital” for consumer fashion, retail and next-generation technology companies.  With 20+ years of general management experience, Lockie has assisted high growth companies (e.g. Nike, Lane Bryant, ANINE BING and various start-ups) in diverse areas such as strategy, innovation, technology, digital marketing, analytics, revenue enhancement, and operational improvement.

Lockie has also held roles as the CMO of Nora Gardner; COO of Tadashi; head of New Business at Liz Claiborne (Kate Spade); Senior Director at Alvarez and Marsal’s Retail Consulting Practice and Investment Banker at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.

Throughout her career, Lockie has served as an independent Operating Partner at portfolio companies of Sun Capital, Marlin Equity, Brightwood Capital and Shamrock Capital.  Combining the best of operations, growth marketing, and scaling financial sponsor-backed companies, Lockie has led engagements in strategy, innovation, digital transformation and capital-raising.

Lockie received her MBA from Harvard Business School and BS (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University. Lockie is also the fashion sector co-lead of the HBS Alumni Angels of NYC and co-VP of Programming at the HBS Club of New York.

Ms. Andrews has delivered keynote speeches, participated in panels and moderated discussions in front of intimate industry executive audiences as well as 2000+ person arenas.  She is a contributing writer to various publications on diverse topics such as omnichannel, eCommerce, retail, innovation, disruption and startups.

Given her passion for the arts, Lockie joined the Friends of Education at the Museum of Modern Art of NYC to support artists from historically under-represented communities.

Lockie recently launched The Black 100, an initiative to increase board participation of Black professionals at Fortune 1000 companies.

Though Lockie currently lives in Brooklyn with her family and dog Max, she remains loyal to her hometown Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles (fly Eagles fly)!
