Lockie is the founder of Catalyst Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specializing in growth marketing strategy execution and digital transformation in the retail, fashion and DTC space. With 20+ years of experience, Lockie has assisted high growth companies (e.g. Nike, Filson, ANINE BING, Lane Bryant and various start-ups) in diverse areas such as innovation, technology, customer 360, data and analytics, revenue enhancement, and operational excellence.

Lockie has also held roles as the the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer (CIO and CDO) of UNTUCKit; Head of eCommerce and Omnichannel at Party City, Chief Growth Officer at Pura Vida; CMO of Nora Gardner; COO of Tadashi; Head of New Business at Liz Claiborne (Kate Spade); Senior Director at Alvarez and Marsal’s Retail Consulting Practice and Investment Banker at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.

Throughout her career, Lockie has served as an independent Operating Partner at portfolio companies of Sun Capital, Marlin Equity, Brightwood Capital and Shamrock Capital. Combining the best of operations and growth marketing, Lockie has led engagements in strategy, innovation, digital transformation and growth capital raising.

Lockie has delivered keynote speeches, participated in panels and moderated discussions in front of intimate industry executive audiences as well as 3,000+ person arenas.  She is a contributing writer to various publications on diverse topics such as omnichannel, eCommerce, retail, innovation, disruption and startups.

Lockie is a board member of Regis Corporation (NYSE:RGS), Beckway Group, OG Collective, and the National Academy of Design. She is also the fashion sector co-lead of the HBS Alumni Angels of NYC and co-VP of Programming at the HBS Club of New York.

Given her passion for the arts, Lockie joined the Friends of Education at the Museum of Modern Art of NYC to support artists from historically under-represented communities.

Lockie received her MBA from Harvard Business School and BS (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University.

Lockie currently resides in Brooklyn and Philadelphia (fly Eagles fly) with her family and dog Max.
