Short bio. Lockie Andrews is an executive, entrepreneur and public company board director who has spent more than 20 years inside consumer brands and retail. She has helped scale brands up to $500M in revenue, advised $30B retailers and has been building with AI in business since 2018. She founded RICH Hair Care Americas after her firm, Catalyst Consulting, acquired the RICH Hair Care intellectual property, trademarks and rights for the Americas in February 2025. She leads it as CEO, runs Catalyzes.ai and spoke at CES 2026. She serves on the board of Regis Corporation, a Nasdaq-traded company, and chairs its compensation committee.
